The staff has been nice, and every request i have made for repair or service have been taken care of. The move in was easy. For a first apartment dweller its been a easy experience so far. The neighbors are friendly and not a lot of noise when the sun goes down.

I just moved in and I can say that it's been, by far, a wonderful experience! The unit was clean, completely repainted, new floors, and it's quiet. I had to call maintenance and they were quick and happy to help! The pool/gym area is AMAZING and the staff is so friendly! They really make you feel like they are there for you. I've dealt with Chrissy for the most part and she's been a peach. Family friendly community for sure!

I have lived at Ridge View apartments for over 4 years now and could not be happier about my choice. The location is convenient to bus lines and the I-17 freeway. Cozy local dining in walking distance. And the outlet mall is just up the freeway! 5 stars, 2 thumbs up.

Great apartments. Great access to the 17. Close to good shopping and entertainment areas. Friendly, professional staff/maintenance. Pool area clean, great place to relax, two great grills and a tv. Very clean units, never had any bug problems whatsoever. CARES team has monthly events. My family and I made some great friends through these community events.

I have now been living at Ridge Gate for almost a year and i have enjoyed everything about the property. The up-keep is great and maintenance guys are always on top of things that need attention and friendly to the residents.:) The office staff are always helpful and address any issues i have right away also and always make the office look really nice and cute!
